Phoebe Kwong is a seasoned producer and director with over 15 years of experience shaping nonfiction and narrative content across television, digital platforms, and live events. Her work has taken her from the bayous of Mississippi to the red carpets of Cannes, from high-stakes interviews to the energy of NBA All-Star weekend. Across genres like crime, science, sports, and culture, she has worked in unpredictable environments with an editorial instinct grounded in a deep respect for the audience.

Currently based in New York, Phoebe is broadening her focus beyond television to explore with new ways of connecting with audiences. She is drawn to projects that call for both storytelling intuition and the chance to meet new people in unfamiliar places.

Phoebe holds degrees in Cinema Studies and Comparative Literature from New York University and works fluently in English, conversationally in Mandarin, and well enough in French to order a meal and ask for directions.
